Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of data entries into accounting systems (Xero, Odoo Accounting).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
- Track accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding balances. - Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget implementation and report variances with analysis.
- Support cost control and financial efficiency initiatives. - Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and submit VAT, PIT, CIT, and other statutory reports in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations.
- Assist in meeting compliance requirements with Australian tax authorities.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as needed. - Payroll Support
- Coordinate payroll data for monthly salary processing, including attendance reports, social insurance contributions, and personal income tax.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees and authorities. - Financial Analysis
- Provide financial insights and reports to assist management in decision-making.
- Support the development of internal financial dashboards or ERP reports. - Others
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls.
- Support finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Accountant.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and meticulous.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (07:30-17:30, with a 2-hour lunch break).
