A. Specific questions related to our services
Do I need to do anything? I can see a link to documents, but I don't know if I have to sign or approve anything.
We typically send you relevant documents through links that contain data from cloud data platforms. Your next steps are to review the document and inform us of your requirements, such as updating the document, releasing it, making a payment, etc.
How many phases are in the CDC/DA/CC plan? I'd like this change added at some point. Will it be included after I pay the next invoice?
- CDC/DA/CC will be divided into three stages:
+ Stage 1: Initial
+ Stage 2: Development
+ Stage 3: Final
If minor updates are required after completing stage 1 or 2, the designer can incorporate them into the next stage. However, if major updates affect the layout, they will be considered revisions and need to be updated before proceeding to the next stage. After proceeding to the next step, updating the layout will take more time, and it may be charged.
Can you discount the price down?
Depending on the situation and time, we have a policy of offering clients a discount of about 10%; please contact us for more details.
Do you have fit-out services?
We do not include fit-out service; however, we can prepare detailed drawings for fit-out only and connect you with specialized fit-out contractors to complete your project.
How long will you have to prep the CDC/DA/CC application?
We are unable to set a definitive deadline at this time due to the involvement of multiple parties and various factors impacting the project's progress. These factors include waiting time for feedback from you and relevant stakeholders, as well as the involvement of third-party consultants and functional agencies. It is important to note that while we strive to provide feedback to clients within 5 working days, the majority of our projects are typically completed within a timeframe of 2-3 months.

How long time will we get DA/CDC approval?
Depending on the workload of the council officer or certifier, the quality of your application, and the complexity of the proposed project, getting CDC approval might take between 20 and 40 days or much longer.
How long will you have to prep the CDC application?
Depending on the proposed project's complexity and your response to our process, the drawings may take 2-3 working weeks or much longer.
