Franz is a highly dynamic and adaptable professional who excels in diverse environments. His architectural journey began in 1998, where he collaborated with experienced architects during his studies in architecture. Alongside his expertise in the architectural field, Franz has a strong passion for systems integration and information technology, with a particular focus on automation. His mission is to make architectural services more accessible and efficient for the community by reducing design costs, streamlining the drawing preparation process, and simplifying associated administrative tasks.

Beyond his professional achievements, Franz has a deep enthusiasm for outdoor activities, including four-wheel-drive adventures and camping. He is a proud owner of two dogs, Ace and Mike. His family, close friends, valued clients, and colleagues at giantA Pty Ltd remain a constant source of inspiration and motivation in his career.

Martin Robert Taylor

Martin Robert Taylor is the Nominated Architect for giantA Pty Ltd (NSW Architect Registration Number 10509). He is an experienced architect specialising in the design, management and delivery of large-scale projects, particularly in sports, leisure and urban planning.

Graduating from Plymouth University in 1998, he spent years practising in the UK before relocating to Australia in 2012. There he took on roles as Project Architect and Design Team Leader on major projects including the Sydney Cricket Ground Northern Stand Development, Perth Stadium and the Moore Park Masterplan. With expertise across architectural design, master planning and project management, Martin has contributed to stadiums, sports complexes, education, healthcare, residential and commercial work. He focuses on sustainable solutions, spatial performance and integrating heritage with contemporary design, delivering outcomes that meet client and community needs with quality, efficiency and cost control.

Bill Lee

Bill is a harmonious, patient, and occasionally humorous individual who has been an integral part of giantA Pty Ltd since its earliest days, contributing across multiple roles and positions. His contributions to the field of construction consulting, spanning hundreds of projects, are truly remarkable and cannot be underestimated.

Currently, after holding various specialised roles in the architectural domain, Bill has been entrusted with overseeing broader strategic developments and leading the expansion initiatives for giantA Pty Ltd.

Beyond his dedication to work, Bill is also a skilled Aikido master who operates a small dojo. Through this dojo, he aims to support children and individuals passionate about sports and those seeking legitimate self-defence training.

Mimi Nguyen

Mimi has been a vital contributor to the growth and success of giantA Pty Ltd since its inception. She consistently demonstrates herself as a knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated professional, always ready to support her colleagues and clients in a wide range of situations.

With a degree in finance and accounting, combined with years of continuous efforts in developing and refining a professional financial system for giantA Pty Ltd, Mimi has become an indispensable part of the organisation.

In her personal life, she enjoys spending quality time with her small family, including her adorable son, and relaxing with romantic films whenever she finds the time.

Graduating with a degree in English Language in 1999, Julie’s transition into the field of client relations is both admirable and inspiring. Her relentless dedication and contributions across various roles have strengthened the team, fostering trust and ensuring the achievement of ambitious goals and milestones.

As one of the founding members of giantA Pty Ltd, Aria’s contributions and efforts have been a source of motivation and inspiration for her colleagues. Her steadfast commitment and exemplary work ethic position her as a key figure in the company’s continued growth and success.

She primary focus is on designing aesthetically pleasing projects that optimise functionality while minimising construction costs.

In her personal life, Zoe is passionate about traveling, meeting friends, and exploring culinary experiences—topics that always bring vibrant energy to her conversations.

Her designs consistently prioritise compliance with current regulations while incorporating intelligent layouts that effectively win client satisfaction.

Maria joined giantA Pty Ltd Ltd in 2025 as a Bookkeeper. She is regarded as a promising addition to the team, supporting the company’s financial administration and day-to-day accounting processes. Her responsibilities include maintaining financial records, assisting with invoicing and payments, coordinating with external accountants, and supporting internal business operations.

Maria brings practical experience gained from supporting her family business and assisting her husband in the development and operation of their family-run service company. Her decision to further develop her professional skills by joining giantA Pty Ltd represents an important step in her career—one that offers both new challenges and opportunities for growth while contributing to the continued development of the company.

He Phan

Automation Manager

He Phan is Automation Manager at giantA Pty Ltd. He coordinates automation and multi-desk digital workflows across the practice, supporting the systems that keep design, compliance and client work moving smoothly.

As an AI and automation teammate, He helps stitch tools and processes together so staff can spend less time on repetitive digital tasks and more time on project outcomes. When a change needs a clear business decision, He brings Franz in — keeping automation helpful, accountable and aligned with how giantA actually works.

He works alongside the technology and operations team, including Brian as Technology Manager, and focuses on practical workflow support rather than architecture or design delivery.
